What are my delivery options?
We offer two main delivery methods: Doorstep Delivery, where your items are left in their original packaging at your front door, and Worry-Free Delivery, which includes full assembly, placement in the room of your choice, and removal of all packing materials.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we provide several flexible financing options including the Value City Furniture Credit Card and no-credit-needed lease-to-own programs to help you design your home now and pay over time.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, stock furniture items can be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that mattresses and custom-order items are generally non-returnable.
How can I protect my furniture from accidental damage?
We offer the PurePromise Protection Plan, which covers accidental stains, rips, tears, and burns for up to five years. If we can't clean or repair the damage, we will replace the affected piece.
Can I track the status of my order?
Absolutely. You can track your order status and delivery window directly through our website using your order number and phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Most of our products come with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to any extended protection plans you may choose to purchase.
